Mr. Emmanuel Chukwunonso Onyeukwu is a graduate of Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki. He attended Nigerian Law School, Abuja campus and was called to Bar in 2008.
He obtained his Masters of Law Degree, LLM from the University of Nigeria Nsuka. He is a trial lawyer with good advocacy skill. He has appeared in virtually all Courts in Nigeria where he represented a number of clients including International Oil Companies (IOCs) in high profile oil claims and other transaction. He has a considerable experience in commercial transactions such as Public Private Partnership(PPP), Joint Venture Agreements, Build Operate and Transfer (BOT), Build Operate and Own (BOO). He was instrumental to the formation of Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) that that birthed Gulf Estate, a multiple million naira Public Private Partnership with the Rivers State Government.
Prior to becoming a partner, Mr. Emmanuel was a Senior Counsel in the law firm of Dr. T. C. Osanakpo & Co.,where he garnered a lot of experience in banking practice, oil and gas, maritime, labour, patent and other commercial practice.
Mr. Emmanuel Onyeukwu has also held some sensitive position within and outside the legal profession. He is the immediate past Secretary Nigeria Bar Association Ukwa Bar. He was a member of Nigerian Bar Association Anti Corruption Commission, one time General Legal Counsel and Treasurer Junior Chamber International. He is an Alumni of Elechi Amadi Polytechnic where he obtained Diploma-in-Law in 2003.
Mr. Emmanuel Onyeukwu was appointed a Notary Public by the Chief Justice of Nigeria in June 2015. He is married to his colleague and friend Onyinyechi Emmanuel Onyeukwu.
