Mr. Hilary E. Ndubuokwu studied law at Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State. His master of law at Rivers State University and has gained experience and expertise in trial and appellate advocacy in Nigeria representing individual and institutional clients in various court in Nigeria for almost a decade.

Prior to becoming a partner, Hilary worked as an Associate in a reputable law firm. Hilary has a wealth of experience in Negotiation and drafting of leases for commercial property for both vendors and purchasers, short and long term leases, subleases and licences agreement in Nigeria.

Hilary acts on deals that encompass all of the major purchase and divestment structures in the oil and gas marketplace, ranging from smaller-scale farm-outs to high-value multi-jurisdictional corporation and asset transactions. He has attended legal and investment training programs in Nigeria. He is a seasoned negotiator and to build further capacity in the practice of negotiation he has continued to enrol in courses in that regard.

Hilary is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
